Mr. Villante is Chairman of Villante Capital Partners, LLC (”VCP”), a Santa Monica, CA-based private equity and real estate investing firm he formed in 1997 in which he manages over $100 million. He has purchased several private companies and has provided capital to RentPayment. Mr. Villante’s experience owning apartment buildings has helped RentPayment in understanding the payment needs of property managers.

Mr. Villante was formerly a Partner at The Seidler Company (”TSC”), a leveraged buyout firm in Los Angeles. He has invested in and led buyouts in several industries including manufacturing, retail, Internet consulting and e-commerce. Prior to TSC, he was with S.G. Warburg’s Investment Banking Division, TLC Capital Partners and William E. Simon & Sons. He is a graduate of Princeton University.

Mr. Golis leads the many new growth opportunity segments and oversees the day-to-day operations of YapStone. Mr. Golis founded RentPayment, Inc. (the original multifamily target market for YapStone) in 1999, and merged with YapStone in early 2001. Prior to founding RentPayment, Inc., Mr. Golis started an Internet consultancy called Internet Commerce Associates (ICA) with clients including Fortune 500 companies that implemented business e-commerce applications that were developed at Netscape Communications (AOL). Mr. Golis is a frequent speaker at conferences regarding credit card and electronic payments and is often quoted in trade publications on ways that electronic payments can improve property management operations.

Matt is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Don Gaspar has joined YapStone, Inc, as Chief Technology Officer. His most recent position was as Vice President of Engineering at Yodlee, Inc., where he managed all of world-wide Engineering, Architecture and QA for Yodlee's Money Center, Bill Pay and Funds Transfer products. Previously, Mr. Gaspar had been the CTO and SVP of Product Development and Engineering at Improvenet (now part of IAC), and CTO at Old Canal Financial.

Mr. Gaspar has over 20 years of experience working with world-class Engineering teams, including 10 years in executive management roles. Mr. Gaspar has also managed distributed teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gaspar was an engineer for companies such as Apple Computer, Dialog and Lotus Development, as well as a consultant for The Learning Company, PlaceWare (now part of Microsoft) and others. Mr. Gaspar is the author of several technical articles, and the book, "Web Commerce Programming with Visual C++."

Mr. Gaspar holds a B.S. in Physics from Cal State University, Long Beach, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and an M.S. in Distributed Systems from DePaul University.

Rob Price in responsible for all of YapStone’s financial reporting, accounting, planning, and human resources functions. Rob is a highly accomplished C-level executive with significant operating and financial management expertise, and has more than 30 years of hands-on experience driving the growth and profitability of public, private, high-growth, turnaround, and start-up companies in e-commerce and high-tech industries.

Prior to joining YapStone Rob was Chief Financial Officer of TheLadders.com. Prior to TheLadders, he was President and Chief Financial Officer of Buy.com; Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of PairGain Technologies; and Vice President, Finance & Controller of Triconex Corporation. Prior to Triconex Rob also had various executive positions at both private and public companies. In addition, he spent 10 years in public accounting as both an auditor and tax consultant.

Rob has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA.

Bill Evick is the Senior Vice President of Sales for RentPayment. Bill has an extensive sales and marketing background with over 17 years in software sales. For the past 13 years, Bill has been focused primarily in the property management industry; working with the largest property management companies in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Bill worked for Yardi Systems, Inc and Intuit Real Estate Solutions (MRI) selling web-based property management and accounting software to the top 100 companies in the industry. After spending 2010 as the VP of sales for AppFolio, a SaaS based property management vendor, Bill returned to RentPayment. He was originally with RentPayment from 2005-2009 and is happy to be back leading the sales team. In his tenure, Bill has helped RentPayment become the leading Software as a Service (SaaS) electronic payment solution in the real estate and property management industry.

Philip Hynes is responsible for implementing and managing organizational change and for overseeing the day-to-day relationship with our customers at YapStone; which includes managing the call center, client account management, sales operations and technical support. He also manages the overall relationship with the YapStone partners and vendors.

Prior to joining YapStone, Mr. Hynes was the Director of Service at GE Healthcare Technologies in Northern California. Prior to his position at GE Healthcare, Mr. Hynes managed two client services teams at Playback Media and iOwn.com. Mr. Hynes also served as company commander in the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Hynes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Amanda is responsible all of YapStone’s financial reporting, accounting, planning, and human resources functions, including the day-to-day accounting, banking, payroll, billing, payables and underwriting functions. Amanda is an accomplished executive with extensive operating and financial management experience. Prior to joining YapStone, Amanda was an Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, serving clients in the Financial Services and Technology industries.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her CPA certification from both the States of Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Mike is responsible for overseeing Yapstone's business development activities to drive revenue growth, including evaluating new business initiatives, new vertical markets, strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Yapstone, Mike was an Executive Director and Co-Head of Business Services / Head of Education Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank. Prior to joining UBS, Mike worked in the investment banking department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Over the course of his 12 year investment banking career, Mike originated and executed a wide range of transactions for corporate and private equity clients, including public and private equity offerings, leveraged finance transactions, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Mike holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.

Dougal is an accomplished business leader experienced in driving product definition and product strategy. Dougal has 15 years’ experience in leading Product Management and Engineering teams across multiple development centers in the United States, India and Russia. Prior to Yapstone, Dougal was Senior Director and GM of Product Management for the Yodlee Bill Pay and Funds Transfer products, building the products from vision to deployment to over 30 million users. Previously, Dougal was Director of Product Management at Metavante managing a suite of payment products that processed over $2 Trillion of payments annually. Dougal also worked at Oracle delivering innovative eCommerce and data analytics solutions to fortune 500 customers.

Dougal Brindley holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Bobby Tzekin is responsible for defining products, features, and pricing for RentPayment, as well as working with external partners and vendors to grow the business. Prior to YapStone, Bobby spent over seven years with PayPal in roles ranging from product management to general management and strategy. At PayPal, Bobby launched new online payment products across multiple countries and managed products in PayPal's merchant services suite, the fastest growing PayPal product line for years. Prior to that, Bobby was a consultant with Bain & Company, focusing on technology and retail clients.

Bobby holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a BA in Economics from Pomona College.
