Founded in 1999, YapStone is the largest electronic payments processor in the property management industry. Through the vision of founders Tom Villante, Chairman, and Matt Golis, CEO, YapStone was born. The idea was to create a payment processing company that for the first time would allow property managers to accept credit cards and E-checks for rent payments and move-in expenses, making it easier for properties to close leases and collect rent on-time.
